Across underserved communities in India, thousands of young people are eager to learn and build a better future but for many, survival comes before education. Daily income pressures force youth to leave learning opportunities behind and take up unstable, low-paying work.

At Udaykriti Foundation, we believe that learning should not come at the cost of livelihood. That is why we are launching “Earn While You Learn” a programme designed to help vulnerable youth gain digital skills while earning from real work opportunities at the same time.

Through this initiative, young people will be trained in practical digital and AI-enabled work while receiving access to paid assignments, freelance opportunities, and impact-sourcing projects. Your contribution will help us build training infrastructure, provide mentorship, and create pathways for youth to earn with dignity.
